Under his leadership, the winery rebuilt its Oakville estateinto the first-ever LEED Platinum-certified commercial winery in the world, setting new benchmarks in sustainability and forward-thinking winemaking.

With a desire to explore beyond Cabernet, David co-founded Twomey Cellars, bringing a Burgundian elegance to California Pinot Noir and a refined expression to Sauvignon Blanc. His commitment to innovation, sustainability, and authenticity in every sip has solidified his place as a true icon in the world of wine.
