Purchase LVE Wines: https://lvewines.com Gluten Free Bread Recipe: 400 grams gluten free flour 1 tsp xantham gum 375 grams water 12 grams salt 14 grams dry active yeast ½ lb melted butter 2 eggs 2 Tbl apple cider vinegar Combine all dry ingredients including yeast. Combine water, egg, melted butter, and vinegar in a separate bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Mix for 3-4 minutes until thoroughly combined. Let rise until double in size. Approximately 30 minutes. Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray. Place dough in pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. If you use a muffin pan bake for approximately 25 minutes.
