Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados pitted and skinned
½ diced tomato
1 seeded diced jalapeno
3 Tbl chopped cilantro
2 limes
3 Tbl diced red onion
Directions:
Mash all ingredients together and enjoy!
Spanish Ceviche Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Lb. Petrale sole
6 limes
3 lemons
2 diced tomatoes
5 Tbl diced red onions
1 seeded diced jalapeno
3 Tbl chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Dice fish and place in juice of lemons and limes
Let marinate for 2 hours
Remove ½ of the liquid
Mix all remaining ingredients and enjoy!
