Pretzel Recipe
Ingredients:
5 Cups all purpose flour
4 Tbl yeast
1 Tbl salt
½ Cup sugar
1 Tbl oil
Directions:
Stir all dry ingredients until mixed thoroughly
Place in mixer
Slowly add 4 Cups of water
Mix completely
Add 1 Tbl of water
Continue mixing
Let rise until double in size. Aprox. 45 minutes
Roll into desired shapes
Dip in mixture of 3 Cups water and ½ cup dissolved baking soda
Bake at 310 degrees for 10 minutes
