Peach and Blackberry Martini Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ounces JCB vodka
½ cup fresh peaches cut into small pieces (or use sorbet)
4 cups fresh blackberries
½ ounce simple syrup
½ cup fresh squeezed lime
Directions:
Add the peaches, blackberries, lime juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle. Add vodka and ice. Shake well, then double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of peach, if desired.
