Find these wines near you: https://raymondvineyards.com/wine-finder Cheese Soufflé Recipe Ingredients: 1 ½ lb Gruyere cheese grated ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated 2 large eggs ½ cup heavy cream 1 tsp nutmeg Salt and pepper to taste Puff pastry sheets Directions: Combine all ingredients. Butter muffin pan and line the cups with puff pastry. Add cheese mixture. Bake at 360 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
