Featured Wines: JCB No. 21 and LVE French Sparkling Rosé Rafael's Dount Recipe Ingredients: 650 grams flour 13 grams dry yeast 100 grams sugar 1 Tbl. salt 300 grams whole milk 100 grams unsalted butter 3 eggs Directions: Combine flour and yeast in large mixer. Set aside In a medium saucepan combine sugar, butter, milk, and salt. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes Slowly add to the flour and yeast Add the eggs Mix on medium for 10 minutes Let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour Roll dough onto floured surface into ¼ inch thickness Cut into desired shapes Let rise again for 20 minutes Fry in oil at 375 degrees until golden brown
