It’s delightful especially when you sip on Raymond Napa Valley Reserve Sauvignon Blanc and Family Classic Cabernet Sauvignon. Lobster Mac & Cheese Recipe: Ingredients • 5 tablespoons butter • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour • 2 cups milk (warmed, whole milk or 2 percent if preferred) • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg • 1/2 cup comte cheese • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (grated) • 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni • 1 cup poached fresh lobster • Bread crumbs for topping Directions 1. Gather the ingredients. 2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the flour to make a roux. 3. Allow the roux to cook for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring. 4. Add the milk a little at a time, whisking it continuously, allowing the mixture to blend and thicken. This will take about 10 minutes. 5. Add the salt, pepper, nutmeg, comte cheese, Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese has melted. 6. Remove the sauce from the heat. 7. Add cooked macaroni and lobster 8. Stir until macaroni is coated with cheese sauce 9. Put into desired baking dish 10. Top with bread crumbs 11. Cook at 375 for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown
