Domer Rafael holds the title of National President at CAPS and is renowned for his focus on guest experience, fine wine, and management within the service industry. Presently, he heads the Food and Beverage department at the Manitoba Club, managing an impressive collection of over 500 wines, a continually updated beverage program, an exquisite cigar selection, and the finest cuisine Winnipeg has to offer. An International Sommelier Guild graduate, Domer was recognized as the Best Sommelier of Manitoba in 2017. His aspiration is to bring continuous evolution to Manitoba's food and wine sector.
