In this episode of the JCB LIVE, our host Jean-Charles Boisset chats with two distinguished guests from the wine industry.

Firstly, we have Divya Steinwall, a passionate wine enthusiast who shifted her career trajectory from the financial services sector after 24 successful years, to immerse herself in the wine industry. Now an accredited WSET Level 3 and French Wine Scholar from the Wine Scholar Guild, she owns and runs La Barrique Wine Consulting. Her aim is to expand the wine knowledge of her clients and introduce them to intriguing wine varieties. Furthermore, Divya actively contributes to her community by serving on numerous non-profit boards.

Our second guest, Domer Rafael, holds the title of National President at CAPS and is renowned for his focus on guest experience, fine wine, and management within the service industry. Presently, he heads the Food and Beverage department at the Manitoba Club, managing an impressive collection of over 500 wines, a continually updated beverage program, an exquisite cigar selection, and the finest cuisine Winnipeg has to offer. An International Sommelier Guild graduate, Domer was recognized as the Best Sommelier of Manitoba in 2017. His aspiration is to bring continuous evolution to Manitoba's food and wine sector.
